Directions:
From Points North & South:
Follow Interstate 95 into Southeastern New Hampshire. Take the "Greenland" Exit (Exit 3B heading South, or Exit 3 heading North). Turn Left at the end of the ramp and follow Route 33 West. Proceed to the traffic lights at the intersection of Route 33 and Ocean Road (approximately 1 mile). Turn left at the lights onto Ocean Road. After you go over the I-95 overpass, New England Homes is the fourth drive on the right (approximately 1/2 mile).

From Manchester, New Hampshire & Points West:
Follow Route 101 East to 108 North in Exeter, New Hampshire. Then follow 108 North to Route 33 East to Greenland, New Hampshire. At the intersection of Route 33 and Ocean Road, turn right at the lights onto Ocean Road. After you go over the I-95 overpass, New England Homes is the fourth drive on the right (approximately 1/2 mile).
