Each New England Home is individually crafted to meet or exceed the high standards listed below. However, you may work with your Independent Builder to custom design a New England Home to meet your exact specifications.

There is a good reason for this!  New England Homes does not offer direct retail sales to the general public. New England Homes contracts with Independent Builders who can provide you with a turn-key home.  Independent Builders will meet and assist you in the design of your new home.  They will offer various options you will want to consider for your new home.  At the same time they will review additional project costs such as excavation, foundation, well, septic, driveway, landscaping, site completion and carpentry, decks, porches, steps, and more.  The Independent Builder will provide a contract price after your selection of options and associated costs have been determined.

You can then see why asking us at New England Homes provides a question we, in fairness, are unable to answer.  Our Regional Sales Manager for the area you are building in will gladly direct you to Independent Builders who will provide the information and services you require.
